The practice has one address. Send a note to [email protected] with a few sentences about your situation — what kind of software your business runs on, what is currently making you think about it, and what you would like to know that you do not currently know.

A few sentences is enough. The first conversation is shorter than most people expect; its purpose is to figure out whether the methodology fits your situation, and that question can usually be answered without a long discovery process. If the methodology fits, the conversation continues. If it does not, I will say so.

I read every email. A first reply usually comes within a day. There is no contact form, no calendar booking link, no automated reply. Email works.
